The discussion topic will be Donor Recognition and Retention. According to the Chronicle of Philanthropy, while overall giving was up, donor retention dropped by 4.1% last year. Fewer than one in five donors who gave to a charity for the first time in 2019 gave to the same charity last year. Join us as we discuss strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship and learn how SECOP member agencies have succeeded in recognizing and retaining donors!
